Welcome to Hello Daphne!
My name is Daphne Heimgartner-Frankhuisen, the proud founder of Hello Daphne. With 17.5 years of experience in various industries and a passion for language andcreativity, I help bring your ideas to life. Na het afronden van mijn toeristische opleiding werkte ik years in the hotel industry, customer focus and communication were central. Then I made theswitch to the printing sector, where I verantwoordelijk was voor administratie, orderverwerking en designcontrole. Deze combinatie van care, attention to detail and creative insight still form the basis of my work.

In recent years I have developed further in the world of web development, where my love for design and technology comes together. But language also always plays a major role in my work. With a background in English, German, French and Spanish and a natural sense of language, it felt like a logical extension to also focus on transcription and subtitle correction. Since the end of 2024 I've been working transcription projects wich I enjoy and help clients convey their message clearly and error-free, paying attention to tone, context and content.

Besides my work, I am a mother of two energetic boys, Anakin () and Obi (), and I share my life with my husband Django. My passions outside of work are traveling, cooking, baking and yoga. As a true movie lover, you will often find me engrossed in the worlds of Disney, Harry Potter & Star Wars.
For me, traveling is not only a way to explore new places, but also an opportunity to discover new cultures and make memories that will last a lifetime. Japan has really become a second home for me.
